I’ve launched and scaled two of my own businesses, and I’ve worked across the worlds of public accounting, hospitality, manufacturing, and tech — including SaaS startups. Along the way, I’ve seen just how much time, energy, and money gets lost when small businesses don’t have the right systems in place.
With a background in accounting and operations management, plus a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I understand both the numbers and the people side of business.
